This page describes the conditions and procedures regarding the delivery and pickup of products purchased through the B2B platform https://b2b.atosaofficial.ro, available only to approved users.

1. Product Availability

The products displayed on the atosaofficial.ro website are for informational purposes only and cannot be purchased directly. Orders can be placed only through the B2B platform, after a user account has been approved by the Seller.

Product availability is communicated within the B2B platform at the time the order is placed. In exceptional situations, stock levels may vary, and the Seller will inform the Buyer of any changes.

2. Delivery Method

Atosa Official does not offer courier delivery and does not ship products to customer addresses.

All orders are picked up exclusively from the Atosa warehouse, after the order is confirmed and payment is made via bank transfer.

The pickup schedule can be communicated by phone or email at the time of order confirmation.

3. Product Pickup Process

To pick up the order, the Buyer must comply with the following conditions:

  • have confirmation from the Seller that the products are prepared at the warehouse;

  • present the necessary documents (invoice, proof of payment, or order confirmation);

  • pickup is done personally or through an authorized representative;

  • transport of the products from the warehouse is the sole responsibility of the Buyer.

The Seller is not responsible for any damage that may occur during transport carried out by the Buyer.

4. Order Preparation Times

The standard preparation time for orders is communicated individually, depending on:

  • product availability in stock,

  • order volume,

  • the warehouse operating schedule.

The Seller commits to promptly notify the Buyer in case of delays.

5. Uncollected Orders

If an order is not picked up within the agreed timeframe, the Seller reserves the right to:

  • cancel the order,

  • return the products to stock,

  • refuse the processing of new orders for the respective Buyer.

Any amount paid in advance may be refunded only under the conditions established with the Seller, depending on the specific situation.

6. Unavailable Products

If certain ordered products cannot be provided, the Seller will inform the Buyer and offer one of the following alternatives:

  • replacement of the product with a similar one,

  • reorganizing the order,

  • refund of amounts paid via bank transfer (if applicable).
