1. Definitions

  • User / Buyer – any natural or legal person who visits the site, places an order or uses the services offered.

  • Products – the goods marketed through the site.

2. Acceptance of the terms

By accessing the site and/or placing an order, you acknowledge and fully accept the Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy and the Return Policy.

3. Rights over content

The entire content of the site (texts, images, design, graphics, logos, visual identity elements) is the property of Atosa Official and is protected under copyright legislation.

Copying, distributing, modifying or using the content for commercial purposes without the written consent of the owner is prohibited.

4. Registration and placing orders

The website atosaofficial.ro does not allow direct order placement and does not offer the possibility of online purchase. The products displayed are strictly for informational purposes, with no prices shown and no direct purchase option.

In order to place product orders, Users must request the creation of a dedicated account on the B2B platform available at https://b2b.atosaofficial.ro. The request is made exclusively by email, to office@atosaro.com, and access is granted only after validation and approval of the data by the Seller.

By requesting a B2B account, the User confirms that:

  • the data provided is real, correct and up to date;

  • he/she meets the legal conditions for commercial collaboration;

  • he/she agrees that the Seller may verify and approve the access request.

The Seller reserves the right to refuse or suspend the creation of an account in situations where:

  • the data is incomplete or incorrect;

  • there are suspicions of fraud or non-compliant activities;

  • the request does not meet the internal eligibility criteria.

5. Prices and payment methods

The products presented on the website atosaofficial.ro do not display prices; these are visible exclusively in the B2B platform, after user account approval.

The only available payment method is payment by bank transfer, based on the invoice issued by the Seller following the order placed in the B2B platform.

The prices, commercial conditions and product availability are displayed in an up-to-date manner in the B2B account, and the Seller reserves the right to modify them without prior notice.

6. Delivery of products

Products ordered via the platform https://b2b.atosaofficial.ro are not delivered by courier. Their pickup is carried out exclusively from the Atosa warehouse, at the address communicated by the Seller after order confirmation.

The Buyer is responsible for arranging the collection and transport of the products from the warehouse, within the timeframe and conditions agreed with the Seller.

If the products cannot be made available at the warehouse for reasons beyond the Seller’s control, the Seller will inform the Buyer and offer alternative solutions or, as the case may be, refund the amounts paid by bank transfer.

7. Return policy

According to the legislation in force (GEO 34/2014), buyers have the right to return products purchased online within 14 calendar days from receipt, without having to state a reason.

The product must be:

  • in new, unused condition;

  • with intact labels;

  • in the original packaging (where possible).

Returns are not accepted for damaged, used products or products showing signs of wear.

8. Product warranty

All products sold are new and benefit from a warranty in accordance with the legislation in force. If you find any defects, please contact us for resolution.

9. Limitation of liability

Atosa Official cannot be held liable for:

  • technical errors of the site;

  • temporary malfunction of the site;

  • direct or indirect losses caused by the use of the site;

  • courier delays.

Product images are for presentation purposes only. There may be minor shade differences due to monitor/device settings.

10. Processing of personal data

The personal data provided by users is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

The Seller undertakes to protect the confidentiality of the data and not to disclose it to unauthorized third parties.

12. Disputes

Any disputes arising between the Buyer and the Seller will be settled amicably. If an amicable settlement is not possible, the disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in Romania.

The Seller reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions without prior notice. The updated version will always be available on the site.
